Please stop all entries on FSSA.COM as of Tuesday 8/12/2025 10:00 PM. Any entries you make after that may not be included in the new site. You will still be able to use the site for viewing articles and upcoming events, or to look up member information during this process.

Saturday, we had 2 long races in light 4-6 South winds. We came in to shore and hoped for more wind but it stayed away. PRO Jerry Zell and the RC did a great job getting 2 races in. Saturday night's Italian feast was delicious, and ice cream sundaes for dessert. Sunday we had two more long races in light air - the race committee did a great job getting in the races with difficult conditions. John and Connie Eckart won the regatta, Greg and Diane Kampf were second and (3)Bernie Zabek and Matt Mattson were third. Full results ...

The MidWest District Championship winners were in 1st Place representing the Lafayette Sailing Club, Gadzooks! with skipper Kevin Kunz and crew Gene Vogel. Day 1 Ephraim Regatta- with light winds in the harbor the Fleet of 22 boats completed one race for the day. The hot day did not keep racers and members from enjoying the Regatta Party at Olga Dana Green. We are wishing and dreaming of more wind for day 2 tomorrow.

The FSSA Website is getting a Facelift! The software we are currently using is out of support so we are migrating to Wordpress in the next couple of weeks. The content of the site will be te same with just new look and feel and a platform that is easier to maintain. The site will be down for a day or two when we cut over to the new platform and we'll let you know when that will happen, some time in the mid-August. Looking forward to having the new site go live!
