Where to Mount Lifting Bridle for Hoist

I recently joined a local sailing club and they have two lifting hoists for launching boats into the river.  My question is where would you mount the strap bridle in the boat?  Would you install heavy fairleads on the deck or mount them near the bench seats, etc?

The lifting bridal comes with a large bolt that goes through the tabernacle and a shackle that attaches to a tang on the back of the centerboard trunk. There is a large ring at the balance point of the boat. The bridal goes over one side of the boom and back down.

The current bridals are sturdy webbing. Older versions were a heavy stainless cable. If you don't have one, I would buy a bridal from FS Inc. This is the safe way to lift the boat.
