Any information on #4369?

I am in the market for a used Flying Scot and am considering buying #4369, owned by Laszlo Viemann and located in Pennsylvania. He sailed in Barnegat Bay, but the boat has not been used for two years or more. I live in Texas, so can't survey the boat myself. Does anyone have any knowledge of the boat? I will have it towed to Canada so must be sure that everything is in working order. Would appreciate any help!

This boat is near our fleet, but I don't know much about it. Boats in the 4000 series from Douglass are generally well made. Obviously with a 23 year old boat, anything, from the cosmetic look of the boat, to the way it is rigged or even a soft floor, could be factors. Have you received pictures and a general description of the boat condition? Is the trailer working, lights, bearings, tires, etc? If you want to trailer it that far, that is critical.
