Hello fellow sailors the FSSA is taking survey on changes to the NAC format. If you would like to express your opinion on the complete use of a RADIO WHILE RACING ADD YOUR COMMENTS AT THE END. Most likely this will be your only chance to express your opinion,OR ASK FOR A SURVEY FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE SUBJECT. THE GRASS ROOTS MOVEMENT! Forest 5855[:D]

The survey results have been published. Hats off to the FSSA board for doing the survey! My two cents... - In favor of a shorter FS NAC. - In favor of VHF during race for saftey (hail for assistance (ie: AED), RC courtesy info to competitors, OCS hail w/ no redress allowed, etc) ...other dinghy and small keel boat classes require this; other classes that require VHF, to guard against cheating, have SI rule that if you get caught off the assigned competitor frequency results in a DSQ with no appeal.
