CRANK THE BOAT OFF THE TRAILER

This weekend I build a very cool dolly for my Flying Scot Hull # 287 (YELLOW SUBMARINE). Using steel wheels and a 2x4 frame and plywood, it rolls right up to the rear of my trailer. Two carpeted 2x4 boards straddle the trailer Boards. I also put a pully at the rear of my trailer and the trailer winch threads thru that pully back up to the boweye. I then temporary tie the dolly to the rear of the trailer and crank my boat right onto my dolly. All a one man operation. With the hull on the dolly it can be rolled around anywhere in my shop. And I can now paint that rusty old trailer and do a little upgrading needed, Works great. I just thought I would share this cause it really worked out great for me..
