Any Scot activity in Portland Oregon

I'm trying to interest my brother in Flying Scot sailing. He lives in Portland where there appears to be no fleet activity from what I see on the website. If anyone is an FSSA member in the area, I'd like to connect them so my brother can see what Scot sailing and racing has to offer. Thanks Dave Safirstein FS 5022
