Stowing the spinnaker pole?

Hi, I recall some time ago (years back), an article in Scots n Water on a modification using a PVC tube/pipe mounted in the bow under the fore deck to store the spinnaker pole when not in use. Does anyone have a copy of this? or have information about the details on this modification, or any alternate recommendations for handy stowing of the pole? Thanks, Mike FS4835

I drilled a 1/4" hole in the coaming and put a small loop of lin

I drilled a 1/4" hole in the coaming and put a small loop of line below the coaming. The forward end rests near the bow toggle, and the other end hooks on the loop of line for storage. It stays put, so you always know where it is. I have seem the PVC pipe trick, and it seems to work well. Phil Scheetz FS 4086
