Jib ratchets

Looking for an old ratchet for parts or someone who has upgraded to a newer design for some information. I have one that doesn't ratchet, the cam inside is missing and is not available any more. Before I remove the foam under the seats, I just want to know my options. (they are both loose from the deck) Some questions; Are the replacements the same size? new blocks? What kind will work? cost? Source? Thanks. FS 1385
