Flying Scot for sale

I have to sell my Scot, hull # 173. Over the last year I have put a lot of work into this boat and spent several thousand on upgrades, repairs etc. The balsa core is good. New motor mount, swin ladder, new boyancy under the seats, new spinnaker pole and rigging never even used. It was totally repainted last summer.sailors Tailor cover, most of the running rigging is new plus some of the standing rigging. It comes with a main, jib and spinnaker all in good shape. The trailer is galvanized, I replaced the wheels are wheel bearings last year and re-wired it. Now the bad news, during a wind storm last fall she dragged her mooring and the aft end took a slight battering. there is a small crack and some chips and scratches. It didn't leak at all. I think the glass in a small area should be ground down and a couple of layers of glass re-applied. Anyway its not that bad. The crack is aft of the balsa core so the core is OK. I hate to sell this boat but I am moving to Portugal soon and dont have time to do the repairs. It needs noth but a bit of TLC. I have a Walker Bay 8' dinghy I bought last summer as a tender I'm selling separately. Asking $1500 for the Scot and 400 for the Dinghy. I'm located in the Adirondacks NY state near Lake Placid.
