Sailing videos to improve skills

Does anyone have any recommendations for good videos that cover intermediate topics to improve sailing skills? I was thinking maybe topics like adjusting sail shape, reading the wind, racing tactics, etc. without blowing me over with too complicated terminology. In an ideal world, we'd have a fleet nearby with more experienced sailors to learn from and we'd be able to go sailing more often, but unfortunately we live in the real world! I like that idea. I parked my boat about 250 miles away for a bit, wish it was here now. Also wish my wrist was working better, I am told it is a bad sprain.... What does a good sprain feel like??
