There are two documents available to help Fleet Captains.

I. The Fleet Captain's Manual and Resource package has been created to help new and existing Captains understand the responsibilities of their job, and to provide guidelines for helping them get the job done.

Left-click here to see the document  (You will need the Adobe Reader).

If you want to save the document to your personal computer,

Right-click the "document" link.

Left-click "save target as" (for the Internet Explorer and Opera browsers), or
"save link as" (for Netscape browsers).

Select, the location on your computer where you want the document stored.

II. FSSA fleets may wish to adopt a Constitution and By-Laws.  Here is a link to a pro-forma document which will serve the purpose.

Access the document as described above.

Once you have opened the pro-forma document, you can fill in the information for fleet number, location, and dues expiration date.  Click your mouse over the appropriate space and type your information.  Adobe reader will let you print the document with the information you entered, but not save it.
