Hi,

I am looking to buy a used Flying Scot; set-up is flexible, preferably with trailer included. Located in NJ but willing to take a drive for the right boat.

Thanks,
Dave

Dave,
I'm selling #2343.
The boat is in Maryland, just south of Annapolis.

There are 2 Scots listed for sale on the Nockamixon Sail Club site, including #3834 (previously mistakenly identified) at http://nockamixonsailclub.org/for_sale
Both are located south of Allentown, PA.

Glenn

P.S. Both have been sold

That's a good boat. I worked with Bob on installing some new hardware.

You will have to find time to come to Lake Nockamixon and sail, or race with the active Scot Fleet 163.

Phil,

Thanks for your help making the connection. We live within sight of Spruce Run, but will certainly come out to explore Nockamixon as well!

We hope to see you at Spruce Run. If you're planning on joining our club and/or get a spot for your Scot in the park, please stay in touch. I believe the Park begins spots' distribution on March 1st and they go fairly quickly. Our fleet gets together before that to submit one request for all Scots so that we can get places next to each other.

We have a race series, called the Challenge of the Lakes, where we race together with the Hunterdon Sail Club at Spruce Run. Two races at Spruce Run and two races at Nockamixon make up the series. Both fleets are growing and healthy.

It will be great to meet you at one of the lakes.
