Crew Available/Needed, Entrants, Schedule, Volunteers

There is typically only one Event Crew Available or Needed, Event Entrants (Who's Coming), Event Schedule and Event Volunteers created per National Event.  Each holds all the information in one instance.  They are essentially the same but their contents are for different purposes.

The key fields are:

  • Title: Actually this field is not very important for these types however if you are specific here it can make it easier to find later.
  • National Event: The event previously created.
  • List of Crew/Skippers, List of Entrants, Schedule or List of Voluteers: This is the primary purpose.  To show the details for the type.
