A fantastic day out in Barnegat Bay near Seaside, NJ!  We were lucky enough to witness some of the 200+ Junior Olympians racing as well.  Toms River members towed us out to the course with 6-7 boats being pulled by some of the power boats.  WIth a mostly East wind at 6-8 knots, we had 2 super Windward-Leeward courses, and had a really nice, leisurely spinnaker run back in to the Club.  After 2 races, the top three are Jeff Linton - FL, Mark Taylor - FL and Larry Taggart - LA.  Several boats are close behind so tomorrow's 3rd Qualifying race will be very interesting.  See results to date here.  And next we will be treated to a pig roast, courtesy of the cooks at the Club.
